Cozzy Crochet uses preorders for selected handmade products. A preorder allows us to collect orders before the item is produced or completed.

1. What a Preorder Means

A preorder is not necessarily an immediately available product. Your order may enter a production queue after payment is confirmed.

2. Production Times

The production period shown on a product page is an estimate. Handmade production can take longer than expected due to order volume, material availability, quality-control requirements, or other circumstances.

3. Payment

Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, preorder payment is collected when the order is placed.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation may be requested by contacting us at [PREORDER EMAIL]. If production has not started, we will assess whether cancellation and a refund are possible under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Once production has started, cancellation may be unavailable for customized or made-to-order items, subject to applicable law.

5. Changes to Estimated Dates

If production takes longer than initially estimated, we may notify you using the contact details associated with your order.

6. Combining Orders

If you place multiple orders, we may not automatically combine them. Contact us before production or dispatch if you want us to consider combining orders.

7. Quality

Handmade variation is part of the nature of crochet products. Minor differences in tension, stitch appearance, dimensions, or color may occur while still meeting our quality standards.
